Ok hotel to the cost

If you need a cheap hotel with bathroom at your room then this is ok.

Room is very small, which is a problem when travelling with 2 with lugguges. Unfotunately mattress is very old and squeaks with even small movement. Bathroom is ok, only issue is that there are only small towels, and they are not being changed every day. There are no big bath towels at all. Information passed via email are clear. In there room there was mini fridge and kettle- very nice. Overall it is ok, but very very basic, and for longer then 1-2 nights it is diffucult for the spine.

Hotel „Zum Disaster“

Grauenhaft! Also was gut war ist, das Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber alles andere, was den Kunden dann erwartet ist eine Zumutung! Das Zimmer war deutlich kleiner als angeboten. Eine Zimmeränderung war angeblich nicht möglich. Die Matratze und das Bett sind am Ende der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungszeit. Aus dem Abzug im Bad strömt der Zigarettenduft anderer Kunden. Das Hotel hat auch keine Kontrolle. Als ich ankam, schliefen vor meinem Zimmer 2 betrunkene „Gäste“, oder Obdachlose, wer weiss. Den Nachtportier darauf angesprochen sagte dieser, „da kann ich nix machen“. Ich mache mindestens 80 Hotelübernachtungen pro Jahr. Sowas ist mir in 9 Jahren Reisetätigkeit nur einmal passiert und das war kn Hamburg auf der Reeperbahn. Kurzum; Finger weg!!!!!

Bei der Toilette waren braune spuren von oben an der Brille die eine Putzfrau mit 9 Dioptrien noch gesehen hätte. Die Einrichtung ist komplett verbraucht, abgenutzt und dreckig. Im EG lagen Leute aufm Flur und haben geschlafen. Es ist zwar Rauchverbot aber die ganze Bude hat nach Qualm gestunken. Fazit wer sich für 50€ mal so richtig eckeln will der ist hier genau richtig.

Eher durchwachsen

So lala, einchecken mußte ich nach Ankunft, auf Grund von EDV-Schwierigkeiten zu einem Partner-Hotel wechseln. Hier war die Drehtür am Haupteingang, während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt. Dann nochmals eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit bis dass das Zimmer bezugsfertig war. Das Hotel war zudem eine Baustelle, die Tiefgarage war mit Baumaterial vollgestopft und nicht benutzbar. Parksituation in der Hotel-Umgebung katastrophal. Aber dafür war es warm und sauber.

Naja

Die Rezeptionistin sprach weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Ein leicht stechender Geruch von Raumspray liegt in dem ganzen Hotel. Das Zimmer was sauber und das Bad gut.

The place needs a major upgrade and renovation. I did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. Heating in my room didn’t work for hours. Place is covered in stained carpet and furniture. Reception is only open from 2-9. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and need a very cheap option.

Stayed one night. They gave me a room which belonged to another customer. This was cleared after some talking because the reception staff were there. If they would not have been there I do not know what would have happened. Then got a very clean and good room. The hotel is an industry building which has been refurbished. Everything very clean. It is 400 meter walk to tram which very easy takes you to Düsseldorf center.

Der Preis war günstig. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird parallel auch wohl renoviert. Auf den Etagen riecht es verranzt und nach Zigaretten-Rauch. Der Raum war durch dicke Vorhänge schlecht zu lüften und für mich zum Schlafen zu warm.
