I have made a mistake in check in date, but the hotel staff, Ms The Uyen has been more than kind to change for me to check in 1 day earlier. It is really a generous and supportive gesture that so far I have been receiving in Japan and in Indochine Palace this time. Thank you for a great stay. My parents have enjoyed it a lot.

Hotel is clean with very nice and attentive staff. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast selections are great. Food is delicious. I was impressed by the size of the pool. It looks like a 25M pool which is something you don't see at a hotel. I truly enjoyed the lap swims in that pool. If I ever come back to Hue again, I would definitely stay here.

Really lovely hotel, excellent service, beautiful rooms, comfy bed, fantastic breakfast, nice pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the location which while being in the centre is very busy, the traffic is crazy and the fumes and pollution make it hard to walk down the street.
