Location is excellent and the room and its amenities were ideal. Smaller boutique hotel with a few rooms on each floor. There is an elevator so you don’t have to struggle with bags. Both Ferhat and Asmir were friendly, inviting and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Istanbul.

We only stayed a night as a stopover but could not recommend this place enough. Excellent location, clean rooms and the most amazing hosts. Farhat was extremely helpful and even gifted us a flower on our departure. Will definitely be back if we travel to Istanbul again!

Amazing … I book this hotel because I needed it just for a few hours in transit between two planes and I was amazed because I booked the cheapest hotel in the area and it was all modernised and very well decorated and very pleasant and the staff was incredibly helpful full and warm and sympathetic.

We chose this hotel based on positive reviews from other people. This was completely true: very centrally located, close to everything, very attentive and helpful staff, clean room, nicely furnished, great shower. This will be our regular place to stay when we are in Istanbul.

Tramvay sesi geliyordu fakat beni rahatsız etmedi. Konumu çok iyi her yere kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Clean room, very friendly staff! Thank you. The hotel experienced a power outage during my stay, but this was obviously not their fault, and the staff was very proactive in dealing with the situation. The water pressure on the 7th floor was quite low, though. I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk, and he immediately called someone to come and check it out. So, if possible, I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor. The hotel is very well located, right in the center of everything. It can be a little noisy because of the tramway, but the value for money is excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here!
