Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Von dort kann man einige Ziele zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Ort ist grün, ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Wellnessbereich exzellent. Das Frühstück war lecker.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on the way out there is a jacuzzi on the street. I really liked the Turkish sauna, my daughter had a runny nose on arrival, after three days of going to this sauna runny nose was gone. We went to dinner at the restaurant a la carte and in the usual restaurant on the type of buffet for 205 zlotys for three people (drinks are paid separately). I recommend a la carte. Only the waiters are a bit slow. In general we liked everything very much. I think the hotel should also include reservations with prepayment and turn off the music in the Finnish sauna (it was just annoying). I recommend this hotel to everyone and I think we will come here again.

Great base to explore the area. Bad weather - no problem, enjoy the pool and spa area. Needs to add few english language channels on TV - satellite provides them for free eg. CNBC, BBC, Bloomberg, etc.

Das Hotel antwortet nicht auf Emails und ist nicht kooperativ. In der Coronazeit ändern sich tagtäglich Pläne und man muss sich auf das Hotel(personal) verlassen können. Würde keinem empfehlen hier zu buchen.

Nasz pobyt w Hotelu okazał się od początku nieporozumieniem. W pokoju przywitał nas karaluch, po kilku godzinach dostaliśmy także informacje o podwójnej błędnej rezerwacji która być może wynikała z naszego błędu a może z winy samego bookingu na dzień dzisiejszy sytuacja rozwojowa - ale mamy żal do Hotelu że sytuacja została nam zgłoszona po godzinie 20stej gdzie juz nie było żadnego pola manewru a podczas samego zameldowania które odbyło się o godzinie 15 nikt nas nie poinformował, że mamy wynajęte dwa pokoje, w dodatku Pani która nas powiadomiła o całej sytuacji bardzo nie miła, mgliste tłumaczenia o jakiś naszych znajomych, zero profesjonalizmu, gdzie my w tej całej sytuacji zachowaliśmy stoicki spokój i po prostu próbowaliśmy wyjaśnić całą sytuację natomiast żeby być uczciwym nadmienie że poranna obsługa okazała się całkowitym przeciwieństwem i podejście było przyjazne i profesjonalne. Na pochwała zasługuje także obsługa restauracji jak i sam jej poziom. Śniadanie również bardzo dobre choć sala w której jest serwowane jest po prostu za mała i w pewnym momencie brakowało miejsc. Podsumowując Hotel szybko blokuje środki na karcie ale w razie jakichkolwiek problemów już tak szybko nie reaguje a sama obsługa staje się opryskilwa. Pokój w części 4* bardzo ładny. W zestawie do kawy i herbaty z kawy tylko nescafe 3w1,czyli z cukrem,którego ja nie używam. Jedna z lampek nocnych nie działała. No i parking płatny. Poza tym wszystko inne pozytywne. Bardzo przyjemna strefa wellness. Śniadanie smaczne,choć brakowało mi bułek (był tylko chleb). Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Pobyt oceniam na udany.
