The room was clean and the view was amazing. Everyone at the Volcano House was very helpful and friendly. There was no air conditioning but there was a fan in the closet and it was very pleasant. The history of this place is so neat. There is a refrigerator but no microwave which would have been handy to warm up left overs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Spacious room, clean , comfortable bed, quiet at night. Building showing its age, but is cosy. Great views from dining)bar areas. Evening meals good choice and good quality.
Nice staff and good service
Best location for volcanoes, trails and national Park.
Breakfast isn't great, traditional buffet self serve, only filter coffee, food&coffee wasn't good quality.

Great location for hiking. But during an eruption zero priority is given to volcano house paid guests.
