Overall great place in a great location. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. My only feedback is the bathroom ceiling did leak a bit when it rained and there is no shampoo or shower supplies (thankfully I had my own) and only two rolls of toilet paper. The guest services was great and responsive. I would stay here again.

O ponto mais forte da hospedagem é, sem dúvida, a localização, que é excelente. A entrada foi tranquila, a comunicação foi boa e o imóvel acomoda bem. A cama é muito confortável, o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem, e o ambiente é silencioso, o que ajuda bastante no descanso. Por outro lado, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados. A limpeza poderia ser um pouco mais refinada e a unidade precisa de uma manutenção leve, especialmente em itens como armários e mesa. Além disso, para uma estadia de mais de cinco dias, senti falta de um melhor suprimento de itens básicos, como pano de limpeza para o chão e mais papel higiênico/itens básicos fornecidos conforme anúncio. Outro ponto que pesou bastante foi a questão da internet: o sinal da operadora TIM era muito ruim no local (não é culpa da hospedagem, eu sei) MAS o Wi-Fi também deixou bastante a desejar, o que acabou atrapalhando em questões de trabalho (Wi-Fi fora de alcance e sinal fraco, gerando desconexão constante e péssimo sinal) tive que sentar fora da unidade para consegui o mínimo sinal no notebook - na tv a internet funcionou razoavelmente, desconectado poucas vezes. No geral, é uma hospedagem boa, bem localizada e confortável, mas que poderia ficar muito melhor com pequenos ajustes de manutenção, limpeza e estrutura de apoio para estadias um pouco mais longas.
