The apartment was okay, and there is always room for improvement, but what really lost them points is the bad customer service. There are numerous things to mention, but for credibility purposes I will mention the 3 most upsetting matters that landed this review.
1- We got internet disconnection during one of our nights. We tried to figure out how to reset connection or find the router, etc. but were left hanging dry.
2- In the instructions booklet they provided, it mentioned to contact them if point #1 were to happen. We did via phone and text to no avail. They even did not reach back to us days later.
3- Upon checkout we asked the building management for luggage storage since we had a late flight. They said there wasn't any, when clearly in the GlobalStay booklet it mentioned that "luggage storage available". We went back and forth with them with no proper support, and told them that had we known we would've arranged for things differently.
Overall, our previous experience with Globalstay at Damac Paramount was better, but then again we did not have to go through customer "support" or lack thereof back then. Given such, I would be more cautious in the future.
