Overall, it was good. We would definitely stay there again. Only negatives were that the bathroom wasn’t air conditioned, so was very humid, and we weren’t sure if the pool was ok (very cloudy). On the plus side, very helpful staff, great WiFi, handy water refill station in the lobby, very pretty hotel, hammock in room, private, parking lot, location, plenty of lights, good a/c, appreciated having a mini-fridge.

However, I was disappointed that the booking indicated breakfast was included, yet I was later charged for it—and the cost was about three times what a similar meal would have been at a nearby restaurant. We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfertable. Breakfast was good. And they even prepared us a breakfast box to eat when we had an early tour, so we could eat on our tour. Wi-Fi very good. As Uber is not reliable compared with Mexico City, staying here is also great because it is walking distance from most of the places to see and eat. Mosquitoes were in each night, so preparation of bug spray or device to keep away mosquitoes might be good to have.
