Great easy place to stay , loved the restaurant. It had a great variety of food, and the staff was amazing. The only thing that I wish is that it was more clear that they did not have a shuttle from the airport to the location. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is undergoing substantial remodel and it’s a mess! Even tricky to find entrance to hotel. Besides construction site appearance it was dark inside hotel and someone was smoking on our floor. Entire hallway smelled and it’s a non smoking hotel. Also the shower did not drain properly and overflowed onto floor. Do not recommend staying there.

PROS, Hotel is close to the International Airport. It is clean with hi-tech features and very roomy. The 1st floor room we occupied had a mild stench that required us to open the window during our one night stay. The hotel was completely booked so changing rooms was not an option. CONS, it has a minimalistic theme with no closet, drawers, end tables, or closets. Hotel staff, with exception of the male receptionist, were not as helpful/knowledgeable.

Great hotel close to airport

The hotel was perfect for coming in late at night from thr airport or just before flying out. I stayed her twice on my recent trip to Iceland and it was perfect. It is closest to the airport and they have an airport shuttle service. They have some construction going on, however, the hotel is very clean and relaxing.

The hotel is being renovated on the outside and at night I was questioning the place I had chosen. However, the inside was warm and cozy. It is a very cute hotel & the restaurant was also very nice. We stayed for a night, the property is conveniently located about 20 mins drive from the airport but just like every other place in Iceland you need a car to get around. The staff recommended to go hunting for Aurora borealis and it turned out to be a great suggestion. We spent the New Year’s Eve under the stars with the northern lights performing their mesmerizing dance.
