Friendly staff. A special thank you to Tony who served us breakfast each morning, so polite and kind. The room was clean although very noisy due to traffic outside. We were just a short taxi ride from the pyramid main entrance. The hotel would book a taxi when needed. A fantastic break away.

Did not receive the room (with balcony overlooking the pyramids) that we booked for well in advance. Was given a room at back of hotel of much lesser value with no change in payment rate!! Staff otherwise friendly. We were offered free meal to compensate. Was extremely disappointing as the hotel was selected for the Room, location and the view.

At first I was disappointed that the room I booked is a bit different from the ones in the Expedia. But after my 2 days , I was so happy . The bedsheets are immaculately clean. Free breakfast is good. Staff super to the max friendly. Complimentary tray of fruits all the time . and I had a very good sleep.

The Gaia Pyramids has an amazing view of the Pyramids and the staff provide the most welcoming and excellent service attending to your needs better than some of the higher end hotels. Shahd, Tony, Ismail made our stay worth staying. However the rooms and location was not a welcoming stay. The hotel is located on a main road and that means beeping horns, cars, lorries and truck noises all day and all night. The windows and doors are not sound proof, the breakfast is ok, but not hot its best to state you want the breakfast to be hot. Alternative breakfasts provided were much more tastier like the traditional Egyptian couscous, (this is not on the menu). There were a number of blackouts due to the electricity meter running out. Upon arrival our room with a view was far too noisy to stay in, the hotel was kind enough to change the room for us, however this was a downgraded room the TV didn't work, the bathroom smelt of sewage water and the there was no view a price we paid for a quieter nights sleep. Unfortunately the noise was this the same. If you are staying for a short stay and want to be near the Grand Egyptian Museum or the Pyramids then Gaia is a potential.

Zunächst: Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick sind grandios. Aber: Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und sind ziemlich abgewohnt. Besonders störend ist allerdings der Lärm. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, auf der 24h extrem viele Autos fahren, hupen, stinken. Die Fenster bieten selbst geschlossen keine Isolation, so dass es sich nachts anfühlt, als wenn man mitten auf der Straße schläft.

今までで宿泊したホテルの中で1番最低でした。 宿泊日の前日に、予約した部屋に宿泊することが不可能と連絡が来ました。 代わりの素敵なホテルを用意すると言われ、かなりレベルの低いホテルに連れて行かれました。予約していたホテルの料金を大きく下回っているレベルでした。 予約していた部屋に初めから宿泊させる気のない詐欺だと後で気付きました。 代わりに用意されたホテルも汚く、停電と断水が一時的に起こりました。 本当にこのホテルを予約をしないことをおすすめします。

Yo reservé una habitación deluxe con balcón y vistas, la cual solo se respetó la primera noche,al día siguiente en medio de un tour el hotel me pide sacar mis maletas por que me van a cambiar de habitación porque según ellos esa no era mi habitación y me cambiaron a otra súper pequeña sin balcón y con vistas a una calle donde todo el tiempo se escuchaba ruido con el argumento de que expedía da mal las especificaciones, me exigían que regresara al hotel o ellos moverían mis cosas, la verdad es un robo lo que hace el hotel, no lo recomendaría a menos que se reserve la habitación más sencilla para evitar esta estafa.

I love staying here at the Gaia Pyramids. Having travelled a fair bit i can honestly say that here i feel so welcome. Shahd Mena Omar Mazen Rana Ismail Tony Alex Zain Rawan & all the other staff members throughout this hotel do a FANTASTIC job. They are kind & helpful.🏆 There is a roof top restaurant with a decent selection of meals snacks deserts milkshakes & fruit cocktails on the menu. I enjoyed very much dinner with that amazing view while watching the sun go down. The rooms have a fridge & are clean & comfortable. They provide a laundry service here also an ATM machine is very close by as are gift shops & a pharmacy. There is a small gym on the premises also.

Pyramid suite is what we stayed in. Service and staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms is almost unbearable. Elevator is skech. Rooms look good, but do have wear and tear. Rooftop area is nice, but dated. No alcohol here.

When I arrived they did not have a room for me but told me I could not get a refund through then and I had to contact Expedia to do so. I did, Expedia said they could not contact the hotel. I was standing at the desk. I had to find another hotel in the area.

Went to this hotel at 10am dropped off my bags to do a scheduled tour. Once I got back it seems as though they gave our room away. They tried to put us in a sister hotel and make us pay more for a sister property. Hotel is nice but Be Aware!!!
