A beautiful hotel

We truly loved the hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night — if I had discovered it earlier, we definitely would’ve stayed longer. The room was very spacious, and I absolutely loved the place. The view was spectacular.

객실이 전체적으로 청결하지 못하고 데스크 여자분은 왜 그리 딱딱거리는지. 정말 체크인부터 이렇게 불쾌한 숙소는 처음이네요. 좋은 뷰를 갖고 깨끗하게 관리하고 친절하면 정말 아주 좋은 숙소가 될거라 봅니다. 위치도 좋고. 아쉽네요.

성산일출봉 근처에 성산마리나 같은 높은 건물자체가 거의 없었던듯...호텔안에 청결도 좋았고(주차장이 좁다고 만차라고 계속 문자가 왔던게 생각남) 1층에 (로비 뒷쪽에)카페가 호텔측 운영 식당안에 있었는데)오전 11시고 저녁 7시고 지나다닐때마다 계속 close라고 써 있어 4박5일동안 쥬스한잔도 못 사마심. 그 외엔 이번 여름같은 날씨에 괜찮았다고 생각함.

내 인생중에서 최악의 호텔이자 최악의 직원 응대였음. 객실은 더럽고 정비가 되어 있지 않았으며 화장실 변기는 흔들거리고 센서 등이 세 개나 나가서 불편했으며 방음이 절대 되지 않아서 한 밤 중에 시끄러워도 어떠한 조치가 있지 않았고 객실 내부에 전화기가 없어서 프론트에 바로 연락을 취 하기가 어려 웠으며 번거롭게 전화로 프론트에 요청을 하려고 해도 아무도 응대 하지 않았음 그 누구도 답변을 주지 않고 호텔 내부에는 상주 하는 직원이 한명도 없음. 그 중에서 제일 최악은 새벽 네 시가 넘도록 샤워부스에서 쥐가 잭 찍찍찍 울고 있는 거였어.
