We love staying at the Principal! We sleep so well, the rooms for a family of 5 are perfect, very clean facility, and obviously the atmosphere is really fun. An easy and excellent stay! Only problem was the AC unit in our room cycled somewhat loudly while we slept. Other than that would absolutely recommend!

Honestly, this was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! The refurbished school items was a neat touch to the hotel! Super clean, also very affordable in a town that’s just amazing! Staff was super helpful and welcoming! I can’t wait for the pool to be finished This will definitely be our hotel when we travel to St. Louis. Only 30-35 mins from the zoo and magic house. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The Principal Hotel is a jewel. Accommodations were very adequate. The staff was super friendly and the surrounding area was quaint. My issues are the room needed a little more cleaning, i.e. lots of hair left in the sofa bed along with food crumbs and Carmex. Next, a fan was constantly running and could not be turned off so the room was mostly always freezing for us. The space was large and more then enough room for everyone.

This was a very fun place to stay. Professional & Friendly staff and the owner was very nice and helpful to our situation while my daughter was at Shriners for surgery . Awesome design with the remodel. Everything was modern and convenient looked and smelled great . Only recommendation would be to add or allow small outdoor grilling space. The on-site restaurants were delicious as well.
