Great room with lots of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Right in the middle of everything in Provincetown. Easy free parking in town during the off season. Included parking during the tourist season is a bit of a walk.

Wonderful

Great location approx one block from Commercial Street. Peaceful and quiet but close to the action. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The gardens at the hotel were lovely. Will definitely stay here again.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

I found the bed was very uncomfortable. I found out later from frequent guests. It’s always been a complaint here at the Gabriel.
Heye, 2-night trip

It’s even lovelier in person. The property feels so private with the garden. Service was impeccable. The location is beyond ideal. Will definitely be back!

Neighborly, peaceful outdoor vibe

Very peaceful and convenient spot. Great and warm checkin service. Nice garden area where the cabins are located. Slight noise isolation issue due to wooden structure and proximity of rooms (share the same wall).

Quick Provincetown getaway!!

Very nice experience. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Delicious breakfast out on the patio to start your day. One block from Commercial St., yet quiet.

The staff was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Communication was excellent and the breakfast was cooked right in front of you by some really nice people on staff. Room was clean and appointed nicely. This location is walkable to EVERYTHING in P-Town and is located right next to the monument. Super dog friendly!!

A true gem

Gabriel's hotel is absolutely amazing! Clean, modern, spacios even though it was a small room! Our room even had a fire place! The bed, pillows are so confortable, I haven't slept this good in a long time! Provincetown is such a beautiful place and staying at Gabriel's made it even more memorable. The hotel is within walking distance to all shops and restaurants in Commercial Street. I'll definitely book Gabriel's again! Highly recommend it!

So chill.

It was exactly perfect. Seriously. I am an old Truro resident. I love PTown. This spot is a great location. The property is serine, calm, and very cute. Very clean. Quiet, but right where you want to be. I literally said, when I got there, “Ok, I could live here.” We will be back. Soon, I hope. Oh, breakfast was great. Nice and fresh!

Amazing stay! Great staff!

Loved our first visit to Gabriel’s. The staff was super kind and our room was gorgeous. We got the Susan room w/jacuzzi bathtub and washer dryer. Great way to end our long week road trip. The manager Barbara was so nice and accommodating when I let her know I was vegan and had vegan options s for me the next morning. The only minus was parking after a long road trip. Had to rush and unload the car and park up the hill. Totally understanding since it’s a small beach town, but leaving in the morning was a traffic jam. Would totally pay extra for valet. (Wink) Despite the parking, we are already planning a summer trip.
1-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall, the hotel was cute and quaint. The room and bathroom were nice looking and we enjoyed having a kitchen sink and fireplace in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and we liked receiving text updates/ communication. However, we did find a large bedbug on our sheets when we were about to go to sleep. This caused us stress and did not allow us to sleep all night. Also, the sheets were extremely static-y and the mattress was very hard. Usually I like a firm mattress, but that was just uncomfortable.
Zachary, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

What is the deal with the check-in time?

The hotel was very nice, excellent location, nice room. My one compliant is they state on all their communications that no early check-in before 3pm is permitted, so we planned accordingly to arrive between 3pm & 4pm. Well the day of our arrival, between 1pm & 3pm, I must have received three or four messages asking when I would be arriving. It was very irritating, especially when they expressly state over and over again not to arrive before 3pm.

Great location very attentive staff nice large rooms with garden setting
Robert, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Checked in early. Told would get a call when the room was ready never happened. Came back at 3 and it still had to be checked Was asked if we wanted brekfast and gave the credit card to pay. Was asked again to pay when we came back at 3. Next thing we were charged for the stay, when we had already paid. Took 2 days to get a refund. Was told owner would call but they never did. The receptionist then had an attitude for the rest of our stay. Was sassy whenni informed her the refund had come through. So many staff at brekfast but not sure what they are all doing. English breakfast tea ran out on the second day. We asked every day but non arrived No call to clean our room in a week. Towels given twice. On check in half empty shampoo bottles and body wash. Hotel room large but tired. Not a great experience seems all the emphasis is to reduce their costs rather than please their guests Its not cheap and so not worth the price we paid. Go elsewhere for a clean service driven not cost driven hotel.
