We had an excellent experience all around including property management communications , our condo unit/amenities and the location. A block from beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby. The condo has a great layout and well decorated, with attention to detail including quality beds, bedding, and towels. Loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous views with plenty of space for our family of 4, walkable to grocery, restaurants, beach, and there is a churro stand across the street (this alone would be a reason to come back). We were able to uber to many things, and our excursion was able to pick us up from our location. Pool was great, rooms were clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Communication with the management company was good, but not the best. The area had suffered a power outage, but only certain units were affected, but I couldn't get a hold of the company for several days.

We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views. The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San José del Cabo.

We had such a great time at this place. The only down side was having to ask the reception to open and close the garage gate upon leaving or upon arrival. Everything else was on point.

STAY AWAY. When we checked in I had trouble with electronic lock, which after many tries finally did open only for us to find a cracked door. When we attempted to shut the door it would not shut because the dead bolt refused to slide back into cracked door. We only rented for one night as we were leaving next day and it is close to airport. It was the end of a holiday for two couples and it was a NIGHTMARE to get anything done we could not leave because the door was broken and we did not want to stay where we could not feel safe! Wasted all of our time there! Instead of being the relaxing end to an enjoyable vacay it ruined. No staff to help! After contacting a number thru what’s app they finally got a handiman to put dead bolt back in door and remove electronic lock so door would shut BUT NOT LOCK. Stupid ridiculous. Of course too late to go out to enjoy anything. Definitely not family friendly. Not much of a view even. Other things needed attention in the condo too, tp holder loose in wall, etc. No instructions on how to use the three remotes for tv do we couldn’t even watch tv while we waited for someone to fix the door. HATED EVERY MINUTE OF IT
