I have messages from my phone about the poor experience I had on my trip. I had booked from 18/7 to 25/7. It was so bad I left after 3 nights. Firstly, there was nobody to meet me at Naples airport as arranged. I provided them with the details they required ie. the flight number from London Gatwick and the arrival time which was correct. I looked for someone to meet me for nearly an hour but nobody came which means I had to pay for transport and look for Loy 25. this was very difficult as I did not know the area. eventually I was met by a young man who was very helpful and met me and gave entrance the property. There was a television but it was useless to me as it was set up for an Italian person. on the second night of my stay 2 men arrived late shouting very loudly when entering an adjacent room. lastly on the third night of my stay I was unable to remove the key from the lock on the door to my room. i had to push furniture up against the door to stop anybody else fron entering. I have been tod by text to my phone that the cleaner came the next day and removed the key easily. I do not believe this - the young man who showed me the room on the first day had a problem removing the same key from the door. These experiences plus the noise from hundreds of motorbikes on the main road plus their failure to stop at designated pedestrian crossings was a very bad experience. This was made worse by the complete lack of police presence at the time.
