The room itself was very adequate as it was big enough and had AC (needed during our stay). A shared refrigerator in the hall was also useful. Just be aware it is about a 10 minute walk from SM Novella train station. That’s an issue for some people but not others. It’s on a relatively quiet side street. It’s near a tram stop that goes to the airport (not needed by us as we arrived and left by train). Nothing fancy but it met our needs.

Le uniche cose positive della struttura sono l'ubicazione in centro vicino ai principali monumenti della città ed a tutti i servizi di trasporto pubblico, la gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception e la totale libertà di entrare e uscire quando si vuole, per il resto, camera poco pulita, assenza di TV in camera e soprattutto assenza di bagno privato in camera, per quanto economica, non si può avere il bagno in comune e ogni volta stare a vedere se è occupato, può andare per soggiorni mordi e fuggi, ma la sconsiglio per soggiorni più lunghi

We stayed in a clean room with stores, restaurants and public transport nearby. Walkable from train terminal. Did not have air conditioning but we survived with 3 fans and breeze through open floor to ceiling balcony door.

Good location and good instructions assisted a late arrival. However this is not a B&B as there was no tea and coffee and no breakfast. Shared bathrooms and toilets and one of the showers was broken. There was a lot of noise from the nearby tram line. Bed was comfortable and took was clean.

The room was clean but quite clammy and they only had some fans which you couldn't all plug in because of the very limited amount of sockets. Originally thought it would have an en-suite bathroom as the other listings for this hostel have "shared bathroom" in the name and this one did not, but it was sadly not the case. The bathrooms were decently clean but the showers were absolutely abhorrent in functionality. Never experienced a worse shower - the shower head was broken and was only dripping water down the back, and the water temperature changed every 20 seconds between cold and hot. Not pleasant whatsoever, especially in 30 degree weather. For the price, I would definitely recommend looking around somewhere else. Did not see staff apart from at the "reception" sometimes, but they were nice. Also had no noise nuisance from other rooms, so that's a plus. Accommodation is just outside the ZTL zone, so could park car directly in the street (paid parking of course, to be expected in a big city).

Conveniently located close to the train station and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, but small, dated rooms with shared bathrooms, no breakfast, no AC, and no maid service. After check-in, there's no management present on the premises should you have questions, etc. This is more of a glorified hostel than a hotel.

The place is out dated, looks old and not renovated. Shared shower and toilet, which was not clearly stated at the description when I booked the hotel. The shower was nasty and water pressure low. In a good side the hotel is close to train station, but not worth the money.
