Dirty floors, the door jam was loose from the door rendering the chain lock useless. Bed uncomfy and made weird noises? Nice TV, nice frige/freezer and bedding was clean, so that's good. It's super cheap, you get what you pay for. The staff attending were kind.

Smaller hotel on Route 66. Flooring was not carpet which felt a little cleaner but also made me want to wear socks and not be barefoot. We were on the bottom floor and the people above us made a lot of noise when walking. The check-in clerk was very nice

The rooms were in pretty bad shape. Paint peeling off walls and ceilings. The bathroom was not clean and poor condition as well. They clearly do not take care of the property. The towels did not look clean at all. I would NOT stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a faint unpleasant odor. Beds were exceptionally squeaky. The bathroom was clean but in need of repairs to both the sink and shower faucets. I rely on ratings when selecting a room. I did not feel this was an 8 point something room.

The hotel was doing paint construction around the entire hotel. They were painting the stairs too and I had to wait a certain time to walk on them. No coffee or tea in the room. Had to wait until 7am to have coffee in the lobby. Had to get coffee elsewhere. Probably won't go back.

What wasn't in need of remodeling was very shabbily done (caulk everywhere, paint everywhere, strange bathroom tile job). Don't think it was modernized enough to command the rate it did.
