My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was great. The hotel itself was everything we could ask for and more. We had the most amazing view from our balcony overlooking the Galata Tower and lots of mosques from across the bridge - it was magical lit up at night. Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hotel which is well-situated in Karakoy. The hotel is not too large and the staff are attentive and helpful. The amenities are fantastic with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was also very good and varied. We had a wonderful trip and would like to pay special mention to Sena, Huseyin, Sabri, Veysel, and Ozge who made our stay particularly lovely.

6/10 Good

Overall our stay was ok but it started badly when I asked the hotel to book us an airport transfer. Our flight time was then changed so I asked them to amend the car but it didn’t happen. Aside from the 30 minute stress and delay at the airport, I was disappointed we didn’t even receive an apology for their error. Most staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok. If you book a room with a Galata Tower View ask to be as high as possible. From the 8th floor you still saw all the neighbouring properties roofs etc When booking I mentioned it was our honeymoon and didn’t have any acknowledgment on check in, not even a card in the room.

It was a fantastic day. The location is charming near Galata tower public transportation is very near. There are so many nice restaurants and coffee shop near the property. The staff were great. The spa was great. Everything was great. The only thing is breakfast is repeated the same every day for a long stay you kind want some variation on the breakfast where you want new items or types of food?

Breakfast was incredible! There was an issue checking in which I am sure was a fluke, but regardless, I would stay here again without a doubt.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. The service was amazing. The workers Sabri, Elif and Serbon were so understanding of the fact that we didn’t speak Turkish and helped us find nice places to eat and even took pictures for us. They also got us a taxi from our hotel from the airport for cheaper prices!! 10/10 would highly recommend!
