Breakfast is great. That’s why it gets 1 star. Everything else was not good. Poor WiFi, unusable. It’s 2026 and not having reliable WiFi is unacceptable. The place needs to be remodeled. Everything is outdated. Do not recommend.

O custo benefício do hotel, com relação a localização, a excelente pizza vale a pena e a piscina que é muito boa. Porém alguns pontos precisam ser revistos, tivemos alguns problemas, como o chuveiro que não funcionava (não conseguimos contato no WhatsApp, e não tinha como chegar na recepção pelo grande volume de chuva no dia) as instalações muito antigas (não condizem com as imagens apresentadas na página), uma catinga insuportável de cigarro (foi reclamado na recepção na saída, porém foi informado que não era permitido e não tinham como resolver), em resumo péssima estadia, não retornaremos e não recomendo.

O hotel tem um café da manhã bem simples, mas não tem informação do que é cada comida. O hotel no geral é funcional, mas precisa de uma boa reforma. O local (estrutura) em péssima condições de conservação, não condiz com as imagens que é apresentada no site de vendas, o local em geral precisa de uma reforma, pintura, acabamento. Baratas encontrada nos quartos, entre os contramarco das portas do banheiro, precisa passar por uma dedetização urgente. Os quartos precisa ser limpo diariamente, chão cheio de Areia, ninguém consegue ficar descalso no quarto . Limpeza da piscina em péssimo estado, as bordas imundas com sujeira impregnada . Pelo visto tem tempo que que a vigilância sanitária não faz uma vistoria nesse local . Local do café da manhã, muito quente, não sei se propositalmente para que os hóspedes va logo embora e não possa tomar seu café confortavelmente. Ressaltando que todas as críticas ressaltadas acima são construtivas, para um melhor atendimento aos clientes .
