First of all... in my booking (Gold benefits) it said we'd be updated if they had space... they did, but we didn't get a better room, instead we got the worst in our category, with views to the lower backyard. They could atleast placed us on the upper floors. So instead of upgrading we got downgraded.
Another benefit promised us an 20% discount at the restaurant (once/stay) for food and drinks... and NO ONE informed us that the restaurant was closed all together on July 31st, though we asked about the discount on arrival... so promises were not fulfilled.
Otherwise the hotel was nice and clean, it was well situated and the room was spacious. BUT I'm very disappointed at the misleading promises
