Great potential when totally finished

Half the hotel had been refurbished and just reopened, but unfortunately we had an un-refurbished room, although clean, the bathroom was below standard with broken taps and shower. The staff were very apologetic and advised these were scheduled to be up graded. The rest of the facilities at the hotel were very good as were the staff. Once the hotel is fully functioning this will a lovely place to stay.

The room was lovely. Balcony was great and enjoyed views of the forrest. The bed was comfortable nd the shower hot and powerful. The hotel was very clean. Some staff were friendly, others not so much. We didn't eat so unable to comment on the food. The pool is very small and crowded with just 3 people in it. The pool room is claustrophobic and way to warm to sit in. Signage instructed guests not to open the door so not pleasant to use.

Superbe chambre et salle de bain, décoration, espace, plateau de courtoisie, balcon au soleil du matin. Espace détente très agréable : piscine, sauna en accès libre, peignoirs, serviette de bain. Petit-déjeuner proposant un large choix dans une salle spacieuse. Uniquement de passage cette année, cet hôtel nous a donné envie de faire, l'an prochain, la route des vins d'Alsace. Nous avons adoré l'hôtel et le charme des petits villages, les paysages. Nous recommandons vivement l'hôtel Vallée Noble pour la qualité des infrastructures et son excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Notre chambre était côté forêt malheureusement trop près d une route, les nuits sont difficiles quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes car pas de climatisation ou ventilateur. Les chambres sont à rénover mais propres. Le personnel est très agréable et le restaurant est délicieux.

Dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel j’y ai passé la nuit. Pour moi c’était parfait j’y ai bien dormi, le lit est confortable c’est le plus important. Je n’ai pas eu de temps de profiter de la piscine et des autres équipements de l’hôtel mais il sera là ma liste de choix la prochaine fois où je repasserai dans cette région.

La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos. La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière. La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.
