It would be extremely helpful if the Hotel.com website disclosed that this hotel would have a shuttle van waiting for the arrival of RyanAir passengers. We were unable to reach the hotel by phone and thus didn’t know where we had to wait and whether a shuttle would even come. It was a late evening flight. Here we were late at night not knowing what to do.

Nice hotel close to Hahn airport

Stayed over for 1 night before getting flight home. The hotel isn't that far from the airport but there is also a shuttle service available. Check in and out was quick, room was perfect for my stay

Almost walking distance to airport Hahn („Frankfurt“-Hahn). Lots of parking, very quiet. Great insulation, did not hear any noise.

They have a shuttle service which is nice cause it’s a small country area. Not sure if taxi or Uber available. They have a restaurant that’s serves amazing food and good beer. The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean.

We love the convenience of stay there when we have a very early flight from Hahn. And we can park our car there while we are gone. They have a convenient shuttle that takes you right to the terminal. The only thing negative was the bed we slept in was super hard and squeaked everytime we moved. It was not great.

Great for overnight stay b4 early flight from Hahn

Overnight stay before flight from Frankfurt Hahn airport. Walked to the airport (15 minutes) although they did offer a shuttle bus....I wanted the exercise! Excellent service & great restaurant. Clean & comfortable although the room was a little small (even for a single bed room for 1 person). Apart from this was a great place to stay for the airport. Didn't get chance to explore local surroundings so can't comment on these.

Great location and value including parking

This was an apartment that included parking in a great location. Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. There was also a washing machine which was great! No dryer though. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is watch your emails after you reserve, there is a lengthy check in process that you do online. I didn’t realize this and we arrived and couldn’t get in because I had not completed this (my fault, not theirs) They were extremely helpful and responsive and got us in quickly. Once we figured out the system it was really easy and very secure getting in and out.

I couldn't sleep because the rooms are not soundproof. I even have changed the room, and then paid an extra...but without success.

Basic and clean

Stayed one night with two teenagers in triple room as flight arrived in evening meant too late to travel onwards. They very kindly picked us up from airport and brought us back next morning, no charge. Room was basic and clean but a little warm and not so airy. Beds comfortable but could do with better or more pillows. Bathroom clean. Window overlooked restaurant so kept curtain closed. We are at restaurant, food was good and staff very nice. Paid extra for buffet breakfast which was fine. Check-in and out straightforward.
