The Pillows Hotel was perfect for us and our stay in a fantastic city. It is located in a great place, just a 5 minute walk from Gare Centrale, and so you can jump on a train to Ghent or Bruges or explore Brussels. The staff were so helpful and even our early check in didn’t cause a problem. I would fully recommend a stay at Pillows for a city break in Brussels!

8/10 Very good

Really nice all over, the only thing that could be improved is the shower that floods the bathroom and makes the floor a slipping hazard. Very clean and beautiful otherwise, the location is amazing!
