Check-in was done by one very young, but nice man. Nowhere to get coffee while we waited an hour for our room. Actually there is a nice sports bar/restaurant next door, but no one told us until we overhead a guest talking about it! The Mean Queen. Rooms have a nice view of ocean and eagles flying.in room coffee is nice, and beds were excellent

The Sitka Hotel is a clean, centrally located hotel with a nice Alaskan feel. It has all the basic amenities and offers a very basic breakfast. It was a good value for the area. The restaurant attached has good food with large portions for the money.

I thought the rate pricy for my room - it was small - TV all but impossible to work - never could get the coffee maker to work either - the hotel shuttle to the airport worked fine - the hotel has a great, friendly Italian restaurant attached to it - my room had a small kitchenette which I did not use - it would be worth the price if you want to cook your own meals - hotel convenient to tourist areas

I came in late, the lady was very attentive. The only drawback was there was no ice machine or vending machines to get cold drinks. The facility and rooms were clean, I was very comfortable here. I loved the kitchenette, and the room was much bigger than I thought it would be.

You cant beat the location if staying in downtown Sitka. Right outside there are food and drink options, walking paths, and great views. The room is clean and the internet is fast. There is no ice machine and the continental breakfast is false advertising. But there are some other great breakfast options close by that you should eat at anyway.
