This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

A experiência foi incrível, o café da manhã é excelente , a localização ótima, você consegue acessar muitos pontos andando. Só tive um problema com o valet que entregaram o meu carro para outra pessoa, como era o mesmo carro a pessoa saiu e utilizou o meu carro, quando entregaram o carro estava com vários objetos pessoais da outra empresa e meio tanque a menos, além de um pouco sujo... enfim tirando esse inconveniente tudo foi ótimo!

Já me hospedei em outros momentos no hotel e percebi que a qualidade do local decaiu muito! No momento do check in, a recepcionista não teve nenhuma cordialidade, não condizente com o nome e tamanho do hotel. Tive que ir perguntar se o meu quarto estava pronto para entrar… porque se fosse pela recepção, acho que eu ainda estaria lá aguardando! Reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas, chegando havia apenas uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar mais uma cama de solteiro. Havia lampadas queimadas no quarto. O café da manhã também não condiz com o hotel e a cidade. No restante, foi tudo ok.

Impecável. Gentileza e eficiência no atendimento. Serviços de alta qualidade, restaurantes, academia, spa, piscina etc. sem falar da excelente localização, proxima a todas as atrações do centro, mas sem sentir os efeitos do trânsito e de ruído. Destaque para o paisagismo impecável e um verdadeiro bosque no entorno dos quartos. Viajo muito e este é um dos melhores hotéis para negócio ou lazer.
