The size and location of the house were great, but I recommend communicating with the host agent before your arrival about any specific needs or requests. Unfortunately, they did not respond after working hours, which was surprising, especially for our first night. To be fair, they addressed my concerns the following day, but there were still some issues. The sofa bed was broken, and they did not provide a replacement until the 8 day of my stay. Additionally, there was mold on the wall near the sofa bed and in the kitchen. Although I brought this to their attention, they dismissed it without any comment. As someone with respiratory issues, this was a significant source of dissatisfaction for me.
