We stayed at this property last year and loved it, hence booking again this year. We received a check in door code but no room number. I called and left a message with the property owner, no response for over 2 hours. Arrived and two other couples were sitting outside. They also didnt get a room number. The front desk was locked. All of us text, called and emailed the property owner. One of the long term occupants came out and said the owner is not responsive and has actually given her door code to other people upon check in and they walked in her room while she was in the shower. We also tried our door code ( after knocking) on all the room doors and it didnt work on any of them. The other couples left angrily, and we continued calling her. When she finally answered, she was rude and cursing on the phone. She said we didnt have a reservation and expedia doesnt work with her system. When i told her that 2 other couples were trying to get in as well she said that wasnt possible she had no reservations for that evening. I said we had drove 9 hours and were exhausted, she asked us what we had booked i said the family suite with 2 rooms, but she never offered us a room, even tho she stated she had no one staying that night. I told her i had already paid and her response was " well you didnt pay me." When i told her we tried our door code on all the doors she laughed and said thats not even enough numbers for her door codes. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
