So. Just left here for my honeymoon. Tub didn’t work. Half of the lights didn’t work and the floor lamp was broken, amongst other broken Appliances. I also didn’t appreciate the 6am wake up call with house cleaning just walking in.

The room itself would be nice if they tried to keep it up to date they charge a cleaning fee but when I arrived it was far from my standard of clean. The plates and cups were dirty the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the counter tops were filthy in the kitchen and living area not to mention my friend stayed at the same hotel and had a very different experience in a different room. 4 day trip and only 3 towels is ridiculous Ruined my experience of all the great things I heard about this hotel from people but the view was nice. Hotels.com should definitely do better at explaining this is managed by an owner and not a hotel not to mention the extra fees hotel.com claim they don’t do I had to revise this review multiple times because they wouldn’t post how i really felt don’t book

Ich weiß nicht wo man da anfangen soll. Wir sind nach 10 Minuten wieder abgereist - so etwas ekelhaftes haben wir selten erlebt und wir sind schon in einigen günstigen Hotels gewesen. Der Preis ist nahezu unverschämt für den Zustand des Appartements, wäre es jedoch sauber gewesen, wäre es nur ärgerlich gewesen und man hätte zumindest dort schlafen können. Schimmel, überall Haare, Flecken von rotem Lippenstift auf den Nachttischen, Essensreste, dreckige Socken und dreckiges Geschirr sind nur ein Teil davon was wir innerhalb kurzer Zeit entdeckten. So schockiert war ich schon lange nicht mehr. Keine Möglichkeit der Kommunikation, niemand zu erreichen, Concierge des Hotels kann auch nicht helfen, da Privatbesitzer und Expedia wollte sich innerhalb 24h melden - bisher noch nichts gehört. Unglaublich ärgerlich!
