8/10 Very good

Staff was great, room was clean aside from ants. Most were dead, but some live ones were off-putting. Mostly found in the bathroom but found a few on the wall outside the bathroom also. AC blew cold all night though which seems to be a luxury finding this in hotels these days. Parking was fine, plenty of carts available for luggage.

4/10 Fair

No hot water, would not offer another room. They were very rude and finally offered another room at nearly midnight. They allowed a whole group to have a very loud pool party where me and my kids got repeatedly sprayed in the face with water guns. They had the outside door propped open and were in and out of the door for an hour. No microwave in the room. The first check in host was friendly. They ended up refunding 1/3 of the cost of my stay due to how inconvenient our trip was.
