I booked through Hotels.com, but I arrived around 2:05PM on April 1st. Upon arriving, the front desk person (with blonde and black 2 toned hair was working) I had just arrived from a 3 hour drive and I asked if we could get an early check in. She went to the computer to check and told me that she wasn’t able to do it, because our room wasn’t ready. I then asked if we could get a late check out, she quickly said yes. She said “you can have until 2 or 3 PM.” I thanked her and then went to shop until 3 PM, for our check in time. Upon returning, the same front desk employee recognized me and asked if I wanted to used the card that I have on file and I told no. I prepaid using Hotels.com. She said “oh I see it here.” Then she made keys and told me that my room was located on the 1st floor and that breakfast started at 7AM and to let them know if we needed anything. Everything was fine the 1st day. The next day, we were laying down think that we had a late check out but wanted to make sure, because the girl at the front desk never did ask for my drivers license or anything, so I called to confirm late check out. Tiffany answered the phone. I told Tiffany that I was calling from room 102 to confirm that we had a late check out. Tiffany said that she didn’t see a late check out for us. I told her that the young lady who had checked us in said that we could have a late check out until 2 or 3. Tiffany said “well if that’s what she told you, then that’s what you do.” I thanked her and h
