Overall it was a comfortable stay and in a nice quiet area of the city. It’s not too far from the U3 train as well. The single room is quite small though and difficult to move around the bathroom door and shower door, my room also faced the sun and let’s just say the room was like a sauna during the day.

Being right by the U was very convenient. The staff were very helpful with a last minute reservation change during Oktoberfest. They also were able to bring a space heater and extra blankets for the cold.

Second time, very good, super breakfast. very friendly staff providing us an umbrella as it was raining. Very close to U-Bahn. Noicy in the morning from nerby Lidl supermarket unloading trucks. All in all a great stay for the right price
