My recent stay at this hotel was just okay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they were manageable for a short visit. There were a couple of issues during my stay that stood out. First, there was no coffee available on Friday morning, even after I asked the front desk to refill it. It’s a small thing, but it matters. More importantly, there was no hot water on Friday evening and Saturday morning due to a problem the hotel had discovered the day before. Unfortunately, no refund or compensation was offered to guests for this inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was tolerable, but the lack of basic amenities and customer service left a lot to be desired.
