Location great, laundry service quite expensive

The location is very good although the ground nearby is very hard for luggage movement. If the hotel could provide laundry and dryer machines with coins like most other Japanese hotels would be much better. The laundry service is quite expensive while actually for short stay no time to give and pick up. Self-laundry is better.

If I could I would like to give 6 stars for the staff. They are so nice, patient and really care about their guests. We forgot a bag of Pokémon stuffs in the room and they helped us to ship it back. When the first attempt didn’t work they tried a second time. I really appreciate that.
