This property is adequate for the price you pay. The bed was comfy, the facilities adequate. Our room was a little cramped for three of us, but we managed. I was really impressed by this hotel during our stay. We was welcomed by the host Suresh who was very friendly, pleasant, helpful, accommodating and approachable. The room was a good size twin room with en-suite shower, TV, dressing table. Facility to make tea, coffee available in room and toiletries for washing in bathroom. The hotel was very clean and easy to locate. The lounge and bar downstairs was warm, well presented and had a bar. Pool table and further seating available in dining area. We had the breakfast which was reasonably priced and the eggs made exactly to order. I couldn’t fault this hotel , especially for the price we paid and would return again if in the area.

Always happy to stay at Rothwell House. Staff are always helpful. The building is older with a glorious winding staircase. Showers are usually good and hot, but not at 2am. Beds comfortable. Parking is tight during the week. Don't forget to put your reg number in the machine!
