Not the best hotel to use in Messina

We stayed only one of the two nights booked due to not having internet access (they told us the whole city was out! which was not true. The A/C was not working very well and we were hot and uncomfortable all night. The shower only had a rain shower from overhead which made it difficult to use for a proper wash. The Breakfast was not very good either so we decided to pack up and leave.

Vi tillbringade en natt i Messina då vi hade som mål att bo en längre tid i Taormina. Hotellet vi hittade var prisvärt och centralt. Rummet var rent och bekvämt och de hade även frukost som ingick. Inget större urval på frukosten men fullt förståeligt då vi var det andra paret som var incheckade. Personalen var hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Chegamos à noite e não tinha ninguém na recepção do hotel, e para abrimos a porta da frente, tivemos que ligar para um número que estava colado ao lado do interfone. A sorte foi que meu telefone estava habilitado pra efetuar chamadas, caso contrário, teríamos que ir atrás de telefone pra ligar. O código d internet só pegamos no outro dia, pois deveria ser gerado na recepção. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, mas eu não me hospedaria nele novamente por conta dos inconvenientes.

Si tratta di un buon hotel/residence dotato di stanze grandi e molto belle. Unica pecca l'aria condizionata che non siamo riusciti a regolare al minimo tanto che di notte era talmente forte che abbiamo dovuto spegnerla perché era impossibile dormire. Colazione completa e personale gentile. 120 euro per una notte in un 3 stelle è comunque un po' esagerato a mio avviso.

Ho soggiornato all'hotel Empedocle solo per una notte e ci tornerei molto volentieri!La camera era luminosissima e dava accesso diretto ad un terrazzino, la pulizia era ai massimi standard e il personale era cortese e disponibile. Ottimo per chi si trova a Messina per lavoro o studio, data la posizione centralissima e la vicinanza all'università centrale!

L'hotel è stupendo, pulitissimo e le stanze sono spaziose. Il personale è gentilissimo e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è tra i migliori. L'unica pecca è che il check in si può fare solo dalle 15 alle 18 e che la reception non è aperta con orario continuato.

zum schlafen zu teuer

Schade ist daß keine möglichkeit vorhanden ist in dem Hotel etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Von einem Frühstücksbuffett kann hier nicht die rede sein!Keine Brötchen, (Semmel) Brot , Butter,Wust und Käse,Müsli Joghurt,Obst, einfach nichts! Nur Zwieback und Crousans. Alles andere war wirklich sehr gut und sauber.
