Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, roomy bathroom so that two people can get ready at the same time, excellent location with a view of Lac des Nations and walking distance to a good restaurant, excellent coffee shop. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Only downside is that there is no restaurant in the hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a perfect stopping point between Boston and Quebec City so that I didn't have to drive the 6.5 hours all in one day. The microwave was a bonus since I do a neti pot every day even when I travel, and the underground parking was a lifesaver and worth the extra cost since it was snowing when I arrived and snowing when I left the next morning. I walked to a Michelin recommended restaurant for dinner, which was great because I didn't have to move the car and even though it was cold, I enjoyed getting a little glimpse of Sherbrooke including St. Michael's Basilica-Cathedral which was all lit up for Christmas.

Everything is fine in this hotel, my room was spacious, clean, quiet, there is a warm fireplace in the lounge, a warm pool not adjoining the lobby, the vue on Lac des nations is great, you can also go out and walk around the lake (3,5 km)... Way too expensive for what was on offer at the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff were nice, location is pretty good but the hotel has basically zero services. The bar is run by the same person who handles the front desk! Conclude what you want from that statement. You have to pay 12$ for parking! This is not Montreal or Toronto. They have a huge parking lot so obviously they're not charging because there's a shortage. The "queen" size bed is definitely not queen, it's a double or a weird size slightly larger than a double. My own bed at home is a queen and it's much bigger. They don't even offer a bottle of water. There's a bottle in the room but it'll cost you $4 if you open it. The coffee service in the room is kinda pathetic and there's no tea. You have to go to the front desk to get tea bags! The TV is not a smart TV! All this sounds like nit picking but if you're spending over $300 a night in low season you expect more.
