Viagem em familia

É um hotel central, bom ponto de deslocação na área envolvente, mas é um hotel apenas para “desenrascar” para quem quer pagar pouco. Preparem-se para passar a noite em branco a ouvir as buzinas dos carros lá fora.

Estaba todo muy limpio eso es de valorar, nos hicieron limpieza y mos cambiaron las toallas, las camas comodas y personal recepción amable. Por mejorar El baño tenia el grifo movido y salpicaba pero esta bien que tiene mampara y asi no se moja todo.

Really nice hotel! Super good location and the staff is super kind also! I totally recommend it! At first look it’s hard to find the hotel because it’s a floor on a shared building! But afterwards it’s easy to understand everything. Good renovation inside the rooms

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and provide great recommendations. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and attractions, including the Cairo Museum, conveniently nearby. A special thanks to Mohamed Mousa for his outstanding assistance—he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated how thoughtfully they took care of our belongings while we stepped out for shopping—highly recommended!

Stay in downtown

Room was good . However, there were some issues with the toilet taps which were rectified. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast could have been lot better

Fint hotel i Cairo Centrum

Super fint hotel i midten af Cairo med gode værelser. Men der er også et par udfordringer. Vi ankom sendt om natten og blev ved ankomst 01.00 anvist et andet hotel for den første nat (10 min væk).. Dagen efter indcheckning på Castello Hotel og her spurgt om kompensation fordi det første hotel var billigere, det fik vi aldrig svar på desværre. Castello er mega fint til prisen dog med basal morgenmad men hvad kan man forvente til prisen.

What a great stay. The building itself is older with older type elevator but nice reminds me of something out of an old movie. Once you get to the hotel floor all is modern. The room was smaller than expected (the picture on the web in Expedia is much bigger) it was good for us, but if you are looking for larger that’s not this hotel. The staff is WONDERFUL. Always ready to assist, always smiling even though they may not speak English they would try to assist in any way they can. The manager was outstanding he helped us book a Nile cruise & tours from Cairo to Alexandria to Aswan. I cannot say enough about this trip and how comfortable the staff made us feel.

The staff are all wonderful: they go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay (for example, they will walk with you to get a falafel sandwich so that you don't get lost and/or meet your driver to make sure that your check-in is seamless because the entrance is not evident!). My room was clean and very functional. The only downside was that there weren't many towels (but I'm sure if you asked for more, they'd provide them for you!). The breakfast was "simple" and served with a smile! The location is also central to many "downtown" activities/attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants/shops nearby that one can walk to. They also offer day trips (e.g., Alexandria, desert, pyramids) that are very affordable (I booked their day trip to Sakkara/Memphis/Dahshur and was happy with my tour).
