This new hotel is strategically located in the middle of BTS Ratchayothin and BTS Phahonyothin 24, near Major Cineplex and Major Avenue, you would got most of your basic needs! We had a nice stay. We liked the breakfast, gym and pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, only one elevator of the three was working. There is no airconditioning in the elevator. Bar is only open till 22:00 :( Our rooma was clean and nice.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. The hotel is very nice with excellent rooms, beds, linens, views. The pool is amazing and the fitness center makes you want to work out. But the location is far from ALL attractions. IF you book tours, they won't pick you up there, too far out of perimeter, and taxi's have no idea how to get there if you plan your own transportation. The staff know nothing and not helpful at all. They are polite, but not helpful. Very frustrating to feel stranded there, while the property was great. If you can figure out the train system (very close by)- this will work for you. If you want your tour to pick you up, taxi, this is NOT it. And you will have 30-60 min travel time to anything as traffic is ALL day.
