The beds were worn out. Not very comfortable at all. The blankets were extremely thin as well as the pillows. The ac worked great my husband and son loved it, I on the other hand froze all night because of the thin blanket. But the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was not her fault they were out of extra pillows and blankets.

The room is decent. Out pf 4 nights, the last 2 were filled with doors slamming, people yelling and laughing in the halls, more door slamming, us calling the front desk at 3am, then 4:15am, begging them to move the people who are being loud. More door slamming and loud talking. Breakfast is 99% carbs with slices of bread instead of bagels and/or muffins. Disgusting eggs and gravy. I've stayed there several times but this will be my last. Pay more and stay somewhere else.

Most of the staff were great. Especially the guy working the desk in the evening. Breakfast was a little disappointing. All of the exercise equipment were out of order. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms were clean and large, but could use some maintenance. Our sink was cracked and tub drained very slowly while showering even after they put draino down the pipe. Over all we would stay there again.

The staff was very kind, considerate, compassionate, thoughtful. We didn’t have a problem at all with the staff. The staff is actually very wonderful. We are actually in the hotel industry in New Mexico and our stay here was actually less than what we had expected. Cleanliness is definitely something that is left to be desired. It feels as though housekeeping does not quite actually care. Which is a big deal in this industry, the hotels thrive off of housekeeping. Let me be clear so that nobody gets anything out of whack there’s no bugs here there’s no massive issues. The big issue is cleanliness with us my conditioner, body wash, and shampoo. All had actual dirt or like what if say somebody had dirty hands and touched it. The floors were not kept clean. The room is not dusted. There was hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived things like that. These are things that we as humans can also fix ourselves so there’s no reason for me to call and make somebody come in and do that. However, it should’ve been taken care of before the room was ever allowed to be rented. This is a beautiful neighborhood. You’re very safe here as a wonderful back area for your pets. The pool is actually disgusting so I would not recommend that again. Customer service is a big deal. The customer service was fantastic here they’re very kind. Which is why we were not going to take out anything on them for the cleaning cleanliness they are not the ones to be held accountable.

Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and would answer or help in any way they can. We were out of towels and when we asked they helped right away. The breakfast was hot! Scrambled Eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits and waffles. They also had like toast cereal, yogurt muffins and honey buns! I enjoyed the view and everything went well! Would definitely stay again!

Room was decent I guess. Drawer was missing from the TV stand. Several outlet covers broken and loose. There was a 50 fee for incidentals which now days was odd. The rooms were old along with the TV. Internet was terrible. The free breakfast was good and indoor pool nice. They hardly had towels stocked. Beds were very firm.

Our rooms were very roomy and quiet. Our room had two club chairs and my kids’ room had a sofa. The only complaint was that the bedside tables did not have plugs/usb plugs only the desk.
