Dreadful Experience, checked out within 48 hrs

Worst experience ever - Houda is infested with flies, had no air-con in very basic rooms but you can't open windows at night due to flies/mosquito's. We had a room at the back of hotel and asked management on 3 separate occasions to change room due to very loud disco next door which blared on until 4.00am each night, but were told no - despite a whole wing of the complex near the beach being closed ! The food is left out and uncovered so that the huge amount of flies can participate in the daily dining ritual which consists mainly of pizza, chips and burgers - plus the cheapest alcoholic drinks they can lay their hands on. There are no nearby alternatives to eat. The only element that could be commended was the sheer effort and energy of the activities team - a bunch of young guys who worked tirelessly every day for the guests and did so with big smiles. The hotel advertises a gym which is actually a room with 3 pieces of gym equipment and a spa which is well, a room with a table. There are many, many better options elsewhere for a family break !

Si vous voulez gâcher vos vacances, rendez-vous dans cet hôtel. Presque tout est négatif. L'enregistrement commence à 15h. Les résidents attendent de longues heures à la réception. La chambre est modeste, sans télévision, sans réfrigérateur. La femme de ménage change les serviettes, et c'est tout. Tout cela semble normal comparé à ce que j'ai vu par la suite. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel a rempli les chambres de lits, jusqu'à ce que la plupart deviennent pentagonales et hexagonales. Il a lancé une offre promotionnelle. Et là, la fête a commencé. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un hôtel rempli au-delà de sa capacité, avec des doubles de personnes. Il n'y a pas de transats à la piscine ni à la plage. Impossible de trouver une place pour sauter dans les toboggans. Pour les snacks, il faut attendre des heures pour des pizzas avariées et des paninis secs. Quant au restaurant, croyez-moi, de toute ma vie, je n'ai jamais vu de files d'attente pareilles. On se croirait dans un restaurant d'aide humanitaire. Des files d'attente interminables. Croyez-moi, vous n'aurez pas votre nourriture même après une heure de queue. Honteux. Et les employés des restaurants se plaignent des vacanciers, au lieu de trouver des solutions. Face aux longues files d'attente, de placer nombreux endroits où se restaurer.L'augmentation du nombre de cuisiniers les a poussés à exprimer leur colère sur les vacanciers, les accusant d'être à l'origine de ce chaos. C est le plus mauvais sejour de ma vie.

Horriblement sale !

État de l’hôtel catastrophique. Aucune Hygiène. Les chambres sont sales, les salles de bains aussi, des plaques de tartres énormes dans les sanitaires. Ils ont prévu deux serviettes de bain pour une chambre de 4… le seul micro-onde que l’on m’a proposé pour chauffer l’eau du biberon de mon bébé était horriblement sale, plein d’éclaboussures de sauces en tout genre collées, plein de gras a l’intérieur comme a l’extérieur. Hôtel à Fuir. Cependant les agents d’accueil étaient sympas.

Séjour catastrophique

La nourriture était horrible avec des fils d'attente infinissables pour quoique se soit et des cuisiniers qui refusent de nous servir des plats pour plusieurs personnes. La plage etait très sale (eau verte avec des alges). Des moustiques de partout que ce soit dans l'hôtel ou dans la chambre on peut voir sur tous les clients des dizaines de piqures sur leur bras et leurs jambes. La plupart du personnel est peu qualifié. Il nous a fallu changé trois fois de chambre apres une dizaine de réclamations pour tomber sur une chambre propre avec une climatisation qui fonctionne en plein mois d'août. Et des vingtaines de verres d'alcool sur chaque table de la réception.

Chambre triste sans la moindre décoration . 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Couloirs interminables. Télévision défectueuse bloquée sur une chaine russe. Télécommande absente malgré de nombreuses demandes et relances. Sur un séjour de 48 heures , chambre et lit non faits malgré plusieurs appels . Téléphone défectueux.Impossible de joindre la réception depuis la chambre. Au bar de l'hôtel, café froid: on me répond que la machine est en panne. Toilettes du hall d'accueil impraticables en raison de leur grande saleté le mardi 31 à 9h30 du matin. La femme de ménage devait arriver.

J'ai été très déçu par mon séjour au Houda Golf and Beach Club. Tristement, la gestion semble permettre que l'hotel tombe en standing. Malgré plusieurs demandes, ma chambre n'était pas propre même dans les normes d'un hotel de plage.Les salles publiques, le restaurant et les aires autour de la piscine souffrent d'une manque d'attention. Le pire - personne au niveau de la gestion semble être intéressé.

bon séjour

Nous avions reservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (17 ans), conformement aux conditions presentes sur hotels.com. A l'arrivée à l'hotel, le directeur nous reclame un montant supplementaire important car un enfant chez eux est jusque 12 ans... Ayant respecté les conditions je me retrouve coincé pendant 3 heures à la reception, (et en plus les receptionistes parlent en arabe et se moquent de la situation en faisant mine de chercher une solution), refus de me donner la clé sans mettre la main à la poche. Le directeur aprés 3 heures nous reçois dans son bureau, et verifie sur hotels.com... En effet l'enfant c'est jusque 17 ans. Aprés nous avoir reproché ne pas avoir fait ce qu'il fallait, et d'avoir été mal polis(ce qui n'est pas vrai) et agressifs (oui car aprés le train, l'avion, le taxi, et 3heures perdues à l'accueil) il nous fallait notre chambre, il nous donne enfin la clé de la chambre... Une fois dans la chambre, l'hotel est agréable, les 2 piscines confortables. Cependant il y a beaucoup de monde et l'espace de vie de l'hotel est vraiement petit par rapport au nombre de clients. le restaurant est bon, le bemol... toujours assis à la même place avec un systeme de ticket mal organisé, avec differentes heures de service ( malgrés le all inclusive ), buffets trops petits pour le nombre de clients. Il faut toujours faire la queu ou attendre aprés les plats.... il faut arriver au bon moment ! Je ne retournerais pas dans cet hotel pour les raisons evoquées en premier lieu.
