The price was fair given the excellent service. We were there to celebrate my partners 60th birthday so they threw in a bottle of sparkling wine and a small box of chocolates as an unexpected surprise. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. I chose this place because we had be there in June to celebrate my 60th birthday only my partner never mentioned that so we didn’t get the wine and cockies but had a lovely time all the same.

Our stay at Crown Promenade Perth was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcomed. The location is perfect—close to dining, entertainment, and the Swan River. We enjoyed the access to Crown’s facilities, especially the pool and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing, stylish stay in Perth.

Great place to stay in Perth

The Crown Promenade hotel was a fabulous place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The overall Crown complex is very impressive and drinks in the Lobby at the Metropol was a great experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was ideal with a great shower. All in all a great choice.

It’s old. Our windows looked at a concrete wall. Was on the ground floor so easy access but it’s seen better days considering price. Location at Casino good

The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely presented however we soon learnt that the walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. There were people screaming & yelling and making large banging noises, this went on for over an hour before I called reception to ask for them to be quiet, in the morning it started again! To top it all off the pillows were as hard as rocks to sleep on so all in all we wouldn't stay at the Crown Promenade again.
