Piscine hs, avec nid d’oiseau dans la sortie du filtre donc pas d’hier. Personnel désagréable qui essai de vous dissuader de changer les draps en commençant par vous dire « Non, enfin oui mais c’est pas 15 euros parce que vos drap sont d’hier », douche à l’italienne avec pente inversée donc salle de bain impraticable après une douche, et après en avoir fait part à l’hôtelière, elle refuse de me donner plus de serviette de sol pour faire barrage et me demande de passer la raclette qu’elle n’avait pas cru bon de me laisser dès le premier jour. Mauvaise foie de l’hôtelier qui me dit que je suis le premier client à lui dire que la salle de bain et problématique mais me dit que « oui il y a contrefaçon mais que de toute façon nous ne pouvons rien faire car le propriétaire est vie en Malaisie… Je crois que ça suffira, le mirage est passé depuis bien longtemps pour cette hôtel.

L'état général de l'établissement laisse à désirer. Î manque cruellement d'entretien, surtoug pour les extérieurs. Le chemin d'accès, le tour de la piscine, les entrées et la salle du PDJ a besoin d'une grosse rénovation. Les chambres sont bien.

Mobilier vestuste année 50 voire plus ,salle d eau qui pue l urine,moquette toute tachée rideaux déchirés 1ère semaine chambre faite tous les jours mais 1 seule serviette pour 2,je demande que l on nous change de chambre le réceptionniste accepte ,nous descendons nos affaires là,la femme de chambre nous courre après pour savoir pourquoi…..Dans la matinée ,appel téléphonique Et le réceptionniste nous fait une proposition de nous donner une chambre pour 4 avec un supplément de prix de 20 euros….(alors que le matin même il y avait bien une chambre pour 2)(racket).La femme de chambre refusa de nous changer de chambre. 2ème semaine on nous met bien 2 serviettes de toilette pour 2 mais on ne fait plus la chambre ni on vide lés poubelles ni remettre du papier toilette …..sous prétexte de Covid ( il a bon dos le Covid).Linge propre et sale qui traîne dans le couloir sur une chaise….!!!!!! Il faut réclamer le papier toilette au réceptionniste. Salle du petit déjeuner très salle nappe tachée petit déjeuner limite ….une journée sans pain , une autre sans orange,yaourts périmés pendant 3 jours sur le buffet alors que tous les jours je le signifiais au personnel , machines non lavées,inadmissible !!!!! Pourquoi 3 étoiles pour le Mirage et de tel prix alors qu il n’y aucun service assuré en bonne et due forme….

I had a long business stay at Le Mirage. The staff is incredibly nice and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was new and incredibly large. Although I never tried it, the pool area was inviting and relaxing. Really enjoyed Le Mirage and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Extérieur à entretenir !

L'hôtel a du potentiel mais l'extérieur est complètement laissé à l'abandon! Rien n'est nettoyé ni entretenu à l'extérieur. Dommage car on s'y sent bien et nous y avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits.
