Nice central location , I had booked a junior suite and was spacious enough with good facilities . I loved the fact that a full Sky package was available in the room , including sports channels - a lovely touch 👍

Great location from train station and walking to attractions. Unusual layout as reception at number 51 and we stayed at 33 but can’t fault anything x

8/10 Very good

We stayed for one night on the club package. Amazing value for money! Wonderful service from super friendly helpful staff. The club rooms are in a separate building that felt like a little home from home. Probably not the place to stay if you don’t want to talk to other people at it is quite communal in the bar/dining area, but we loved it. Only slight downsides, hence 4 rather than 5/5 1. I booked a suite but it wasn’t a suite, it was just a room 2. And 2 our basement room didn’t have a proper window or any sort of view. But we were only there for one night so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Surrounding area is great.

There was a gap in the shower room door, so water tended to leak out. Since the staff cleaned it every other day, it didn’t bother me much, but I did have to be a little careful when showering to make sure no water spilled out. Other than that, my stay was generally comfortable.

This was a true delight in the center of London. A short walk to Baker Street station puts the entire city at your disposal. A slightly longer walk and you’re in the heart of the Oxford Street shopping district (nee Selfridges). Very clean, very nice people, and good value for money!

The staff were outstanding as was the price for the prime location within the Marylebone neighborhood. The staff were available 24/7 and prepared excellent lattes and cappuccinos to stay or go. The only minor issue was the bathroom size and privacy.

8/10 Very good

Good sound isolation so room was nice and quiet even though it was on the street side, bottom floor. Don't miss out on the sandwiches from the bar meny. They were excellent!

The hotel was perfectly situated, beautiful hotel, very clean and well kept with excellent helpful staff. It had a big tv and the room although small was awesome, the bedding, pillows, towels were lovely. However the only downside is that the bed I had was extremely hard and uncomfortable so didn't get much sleep. Next time I would try a different bed/room. Other than that can't fault it

Great location, all very clean and a very comfortable, large bed. We slept very well, and the glass of wine and nibbles when we came in after the theatre was a nice touch.
