Excellent location, 0.8 miles walk from Gare Du Nord station and only another 0.8 miles walk to Seine river. Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable hotel, gave us an amazing anniversary.. Only downside was breakfast seemed expensive so we didn’t go for that option on this occasion. Overall a great hotel option for a Paris city break, Would definitely recommend.

Also there was very inconsistent hot water and often took a while to get hot water coming to take a shower. Our 1st floor standard twin room was simple but perfect for our mother and daughter 3 night stay. It was spotlessly clean and quiet with comfortable beds, its own temperature control and an opening window. The bathroom was very small but manageable. The position of the hotel was convenient for the Metro to the Eiffel Tower, and for walking to the rest of the famous Paris sights and shopping areas.

Excellent experience at Hôtel Bonne Nouvelle. Well-situated in the city, close to metro lines 4, 8, and 9. Lively area with restaurants and bars open late (but not so close that the noise is disruptive when you’re back in your hotel room). I stayed in the single room which was clean and compact. The bathroom got humid, even after keeping the window open, but otherwise it was perfect.

Six stars to the staff if I could. The hotel is cozy. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff were so kind and caring. They were so accommodating and treated me with kindness when I arrived early. I enjoyed the location as it is about a 15-30 minute walk to the main shopping areas. It is not too walkable to the popular tourist areas if it is too cold.

Great Hotel! The location is fantastic, really close to Metro stations, lots of lovely restaurants bars and shops. Staff were very helpful. Offered a free Wattsapp service for assistance while we were in paris, which we used. Room was nice, actually quite large for Paris! There was a bad leak in reception on check out day, but staff were on top of it. Quite noisy at night, but this is to be expected with a city hotel
