The staff were amazing, everyone was kind and helpful The room was very clean, the location was awesome, many great restaurants in walking distance. The bed was firm for us (which is common in Vietnam) and they gave us a thick mattress topper. Would highly recommend!

Clean and well-supplied with basic toiletries although the bathroom is a trifle narrow (estimated 2m × 1.2m). We found the air conditioner a little overwhelmed by the heat: although the temperature was set to 16°C, the room felt more like 26°C - still cool enough for us. They provide complimentary daily water (2 small bottles) and instant coffee packets (but no tea, sadly for me). There's a mini fridge, a kettle and a small safe. No breakfast or other meals provided (no restaurant/cafe on the premises) but it's super close to loads of options: street stalls, restaurants/cafes, convenience stores, Ben Thanh market... The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. If you are sore/tired or want to indulge, give the massage services a try! They also offer beauty services (e.g. pedicures).

My daughter lost her iphone in the taxi and the staff spent all night searching for it. In the morning there was a girl bringing it to us. That is great work in a city with 10 million people. Great socialist morale! ❤️.
