Our experience here was absolutely terrible.
The Room:
The room was incredibly small, dirty upon arrival, and had no windows. Even though it was quite cold outside, the room felt like an oven—stifling and hot with zero ventilation.
The Service:
Because there is no staff on-site after 6:00 PM, I messaged management about the cleanliness. Their immediate response was to deny it and claim the room wasn’t dirty. When I insisted, they demanded pictures. I sent the photos proving how dirty it was, and they completely ignored me. No apology, no solution, just radio silence.
Logistics & Accessibility:
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but reception closes at 6:00 PM. That leaves a tiny 3-hour window to interact with a human if something goes wrong. While self-check-in is an option, you are entirely on your own after 6:00 PM. Furthermore, there is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, and we had to lug all of our heavy bags up the stairs ourselves with zero assistance.
The Bottom Line:
The only positive aspect is the location. However, a good location does not make up for a claustrophobic, dirty room and a management team that gaslights and ignores paying guests. Avoid this place if you value basic comfort and decent customer service.
