This was a beautiful resort. We got to see so much wildlife. One thing that should have been better is the AC—our room was never the correct temperature despite multiple service requests. The main buffet leaves a bit to be desired but the restaurant options for dinner were all impressive. The French restaurant was my favorite!

One major disappointment was the pool hours—they close at 7 wPM, which significantly limits evening entertainment. While the resort offers trolley service for transportation, the trolleys were consistently full, leaving us to walk long distances around what is a very large property. Beautiful property and right on the beach. Beautiful pool but we did not spend much time there since always at the beach. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned daily for us. Staff are all very friendly and super helpful. Food was amazing - loved the buffet!! Staff would come out to talk to us in the restaurant and to make sure we were happy. We answered yes it’s amazing!! It’s a large resort but there is transportation within the resort to take around. Highly recommend!!

This property has open air buffets that can be too hot in 90 degree weather. The beach had so much sargassm no one could get in the ocean. This is my main reason for going is to swim in crystle clear warm ocean. Maybe we should have gotten a notice of this so we could go to another resort.

Love the Staff! Hospitality was a 10/10! Beautiful Area and Landscaping. The room furniture was very outdated and when they mentioned a mini bar in the description it was a small refrigerator with 6 sodas and 2 beers max. This resort was very family oriented and more for couples I wouldn’t recommend it for singles or friend groups. But other than that it was very relaxing and super lowkey not a party resort whatsoever.

10/10 Excellent

We lived the gardens, vegetation, grounds and beautiful quiet pool area by the waterfall. At that end it's very quiet. Our premium garden view from our room in building 36 was perfect. Food was excellent and service was good.
