Loved our stay! A little bit off the main downtown area which we appreciated because it wasn’t too crowded. Both the hotel and next door property had dog-friendly patios which we enjoyed, as there was a lot of construction downtown that shut down some other dog-friendly spaces that we were unable to visit.

Absolutely superb hotel! From the lovely reception staff (Will) who greeted us, to the great, spotlessly clean room, facilities and communal areas. All staff so friendly and helpful. There are lovely touches that make the experience great and personal, such as providing you coffee/tea of your choice for the morning, and providing tickets to use the bus to get into the main area of town if you don’t want to walk. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and I hope we can stay here again some day. A real treat, thank you!

Great hotel, decorated sophisticatedly, excellent, very clean and high spec rooms, especially good shower, excellent hot pool area, excellent restaurant, although the menu is a bit limited and a bit expensive, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The drawbacks were that all the rooms seem to be very overlooked by other rooms because of the hotel's layout, there was nowhere to have your suitcases in your room and the tea and coffee arrangements were unnecessarily fussy and difficult...who pours milk from a small thin storage jar which doesn't have a pouring spout? We loved the complimentary bus tickets into town and loved the town itself, which is busy with lots of tourists but in a nice, not an annoying way.
