This Tulsa property had a bad mildew smell and facility has not been maintained. We’ll proceed with caution going forward when considering Aloft unless staying in Wichita.

I wasn't impressed with my stay at this Aloft location. When I got to the room, there was no TV remote in the room, I notified the front desk and about 45 minutes later, maintenance brought one. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower and there was no ice machine on the 5th floor where our room was. In fact I couldn't find one anywhere. I went to ask the front desk a couple of times but no one was there. That being said, the front desk attendants were friendly upon check-in and check out.

When I told the front desk the employee couldn’t hear me at first because she had EarPods in. I always stay at Aloft hotels on the road because of the confidence I have in their management. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t go back. The ac in the main areas didn’t work so it was very hot. In the room I was able to crank down my air but it was still so damp that the bed and floors felt wet. The comforter had a big rip in it. And the refrigerator ended up not being plugged in so the food I had put in went bad overnight. It was also very noisy and not the people.
