Yaz kış, dolu yüksek sezon, ölü sezon, Ramazan ve sonrası müsteri varsa otel açıksa hizmet kalitesi, standartı aynı olmalı. Maalesef Ulkemizin bir bölümünde Ramazan ayında seyahat edenlere zorluklar bekliyor. Bu sadece otele ait değil. Tüm konaklama, yeme icme yerleri için geçerli. Dayhan otel yine de Midyat için tavsiye edeceğim bir otel, bir kıymet.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar gayet kibar ve güleryüzlü. Güzel karşıladılar. Suit oda tuttuğumuz halde standart oda verebileceklerini söylediler. Hotels uygulaması üzerinden aldığım için iptal edemeyeceklerini ve park ödemesi yapamayacaklarını söylediler bu sinir bozucu oldu. Odalar genel olarak temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltısı vasat.

Schoon en fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ik zou het anderen zeker aanraden. Minpunt: onze kamer was boven het restaurant en we hoorden om 7.00 uur al het geschuif van tafels en stoelen. Dit was heel storend.

Çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak deneyimimiz ve aldığımız hizmet olumluydu ancak bizi rahatsız eden durumlar da oldu. Otel oldukça yeni fakat tasarım, aydınlatma ve işçilik olarak sınıfta kalıyor. Çok fazla beyaz ışık kullanılmış. Spa katında sigara içiliyor olması, Spa’daki banyonun giderinde biriken saç kılları bizi çok rahatsız etti. Kahvaltıda bolca kızartma ürünü ve düşük kalite peynir/zeytin vardı.
